I am considering including a workbook option that would be mailed or emailed and printable for my students. Is this something you think your child would like?

0=No thanks, my child would not want/benefit from a workbook. 10=Yes! A workbook would help to keep my child focused and would enhance his/her experience.

How would you prefer to get the books for class?

All texts must be ready for your child to use at the start of the week and available to your child for the entire week.

Is there a week (Monday-Friday) that you would NOT be able to enroll your child(ren)?

I cannot accommodate every schedule, but it would be great to know if there is one particular week that is bad for a majority of those interested.
